Our Vision

We are here to catalyze a new chapter - one rooted in equality, balance, and collective well-being. We see the current moment not as an ending, but as an inflection point: an opportunity to leave behind systems, beliefs, and behaviors that no longer serve humanity or the planet - and to consciously create what comes next.

This is a new experiment.

Wake up. Think deeper. Choose better. Build what comes next. Together.
Our story

Heal the person. Awaken the collective.

The compassionate revolutionary who's done waiting for permission.

Born from a founder who has lived inside the systems she's disrupting.

Connie Da Silva didn't come to this work from the outside. She lived it. She grew up inside an ultra-conservative religious community - one that taught her early what happens when human beings are told to suppress who they are.

In her twenties and thirties, she worked in the sex industry while building her first entrepreneurial venture - gaining an unfiltered education in the male psyche: the loneliness beneath the bravado, the hunger for connection masked by aggression.

Why

The world doesn't change until people do.

We start there.

How

Sip. Think. Repeat.

We use coffee as the entry point to build a community, convert curious people into active participants, and produce IRL events that spark change.

What

WTFU isn't a coffee brand. It's a dare.

It is not a coffee brand with a cause. The cause is the brand.

  1. We Choose Evolution Over Preservation

We do not aim to return to the past. We believe humanity is capable of growth, and we are committed to building forward - not backward.

  2. We Question Systems

We recognize that many of today's challenges stem from deeply rooted systems such as capitalism and patriarchy and we are committed to questioning, reimagining, and evolving beyond them.

  3. We Believe People Can Change

Growth is always possible. We create space for reflection, learning, and transformation - for ourselves and for others.

  4. We Shift Energy First

Everything we do is designed to uplift, expand, and challenge. We aim to change hearts and minds - not through force, but through experience, curiosity, and connection.

  5. We Use Culture as a Catalyst

Coffee, events, and shared spaces are our entry points - but the real work is cultural. We create environments where ideas spread, perspectives shift, and community forms.

  6. We Collaborate With Purpose

We actively seek out and partner with individuals and organizations who are driven to create meaningful impact in the world.

  7. We Practice What We Preach

We pay fair, livable wages. We operate with integrity and transparency. We cultivate a culture rooted in authenticity, respect, abundance, and joy.

  8. We Give Back to People & Planet

Our work is not extractive. We are committed to contributing to the well-being of our communities and the Earth.

  9. We Believe in People Power

Lasting change happens when individuals recognize their collective power. We aim to educate, empower, and mobilize people to actively shape the future they want to see.

  10. We Are One Human Family on One Planet

We stand for equality, dignity, and shared humanity. And we are not afraid to challenge beliefs - our own and others' - in service of a more unified, conscious world.

Wake up. Think deeper. Choose better. Build what comes next. Together.

Individual transformation as the root of collective change

The world doesn't change until people do. We start there.

Radical inclusion - with safety for all

Everyone is welcome. Aggression and disrespect have no place here.

Joy as a revolutionary act

In a world that profits from despair, choosing joy is resistance.

Healing as a prerequisite for action

The inner work and the outer work are the same work.

Sexuality as sacred not shameful

Suppression distorts. Liberation includes this.

Love as the most radical political act

Fierce, clear-eyed, boundary-setting love that refuses to write anyone off.

People power over institutional power

Change rises up - from communities and the collective will of people.

A forward-facing vision worth building

Not nostalgia. A collective reimagining of what humanity could become.

Accountability without shame

Higher standards without tearing each other apart.

Toxic masculinity + the manosphere

Not men. The systems that teach men dominance is strength.

Performative activism

Hashtags without action. We help you actually do something.

Partisan politics - left OR right

Not your team jersey. Your humanity.

Organized religion as a control system

Respect for spirituality. Zero tolerance for God used to keep people small.

Extraction - from people or planet

We don't profit from pain. We don't take without giving back.

Apathy dressed as enlightenment

'I'm above it all' is not wisdom. We're calling you in anyway.

Systems that profit from keeping people small

The attention economy. The political machine. Any system built on your confusion.

Suppression of sexual + creative energy

What gets suppressed distorts. We are in the business of liberation.

The illusion that personal success = progress

Your wins matter. They are not enough. We're here for the whole.

Everyone is welcome here. Respect is not optional.

Statement

The world doesn't change until people do. We start there.

Why

The world doesn't change until people do. We start there.

Cultural Disconnection

People lack accessible, accountable spaces to meaningfully connect and grow.

Passive Activism

Awareness rarely translates into sustained action or local impact.

This is (Y)our wake up call.
